Keep your Players Engaged with Arcade
Use the ggLeap "Event Builder" system to create customized, automated challenges and quests for your gamers. Set the rules, decide the prize pool and your gamers will automatically be entered into either a leaderboard based competition (if it’s a "Challenge") so a solo mission (if it’s a “Quest”).
Your Coins. Your Rules.
Players earn "coins" depending on how long they play and how well they play. These coins can then be spent on any prizes that you would like to make available, including automatically rewarding free game time! You can decide the coin distribution rates to balance the economy and ensure the success of your customer loyalty system.
Create Fully Flexible Memberships
If you want to create special perks for VIP users, or create a more complicated "Bronze/Silver/Gold" system, you can configure "usergroups" along with their perks and costs, in the webadmin. Your gamers can then subscribe to become a paid member of your user-group, on auto-recurring payment schedules, directly from the ggLeap Client.
Targeted Marketing Using Digital Coupons
The ggLeap Coupon system allows you the ability to configure and create marketing campaigns with digital codes that can be directly redeemed by gamers in the ggLeap Client, on the booking portal, or at reception. Campaigns can have a single code such as "BLACKFRIDAY" or use unique code generation, giving you the maximum flexibility in using discount promotions.
Players Web Portal
ggLeap will generate a dynamic webpage that players can use to create accounts, see your game collection as well as to book (and pay for) your computers before they arrive. You can either use this link directly, or iframe parts of it into your existing webpage.
The booking system is fully integrated across the whole system. When a gamer or parent makes a booking, the reservation will be created in the admin calendar system, and the specific PC's will understand that they are booked and will behave appropriately on the day of the booking.
Game License Management
Managing access to games is a difficult business. Some games are free to play, but modern games all require the gamers to have an account with one of a number of game launchers including Steam, BatteNet or Epic Games. Some players will want to use their own account, while others have never played a PC game before.
The ggLeap license management system abstracts away all the confusion, offering gamers only 2 choices "Just Play" or "Use your own account". After having configured your venue to use some licenses that you have own for the venue, The "Just Play" option will automatically login players into a pre-created account, on any platform and manage access until the game is over.
